MOO
This piece was inspired by a plein-air trip to my local dairy farm, I was painting some haystacks whilst keeping an eye on the cows watching me curiously from a distance. I managed to capture one mid moo and that’s what I tried to portray in this painting. The abstraction is a way of expressing the constant flux they were in, just big blobs of black and white mooing and chewing.
15 × 15”
Oil on Board
Framed and ready to hang
